You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name (as per passport or Aadhaar or any other official ID issued by a statutory body), address, email ID, and contact numbers (both mobile and direct landline). SplXpess is not liable for any errors or issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

If you have an online User Account, you must safeguard your login details, including your ID and password. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for any use or misuse by you or others.

SplXpess reserves the right to deny access to this Website and its Services to anyone, at its sole discretion, without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Use.

This Website and related sites are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You and your affiliates are prohibited from scraping, hacking, data mining, extracting, collecting, copying, distributing, trading, altering, or transmitting any content from this Website for commercial or public purposes.

packaging requirements, and necessary documentation for shipments. SplXpess
and its Service Providers accept shipments based solely on the description
provided by you on the waybill and other shipping documents. SplXpess and its
Service Providers are not liable for any losses or costs resulting from
non-compliance with these terms.

damages, liabilities, actions, losses, expenses, and costs arising from
providing inadequate, incorrect, or false documentation or failing to provide
required information. SplXpess and its Service Providers are not responsible
for any risk related to the contents of your shipment.
Inspection:
SplXpess, its Service Providers, or any regulatory authority, including customs and security, may open and inspect your shipment at any time.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage for your shipment during the provision of services. SplXpess, its Service Providers, and shipping companies are not liable for any incidents occurring during the shipment’s transit from the origin to the final destination.

You must provide SplXpess and its Service Providers with all necessary documentation required for the provision of services.
12. Duty Payment:
You must inform SplXpess and its Service Providers about who will be responsible for paying applicable duties, either the Consignee or the Shipper. If the Shipper is responsible and the Consignee refuses to pay, SplXpess may charge you for the additional fees plus an advance fee (a percentage of the duty amount). You agree to pay such charges within seven (7) working days from the date of the invoice.
13. Special Instructions for Heavy or Odd Shipments:
For shipments with unusual dimensions or heavy weight, you must notify SplXpess for special packaging instructions and additional charges. Such shipments will only be picked up and delivered upon payment of the applicable charges.
14. Service Provider Rules:
All services available on this Website are governed by the rules and regulations of the respective Service Providers. You are encouraged to review and adhere to the service standards and practices of the relevant Service Provider before booking any shipping services with us.

15. COD Liability in Snatching Cases:
In cases of forcible snatching or non-payment of Cash on Delivery (COD) by the buyer, SplXpess will not be responsible for the COD remittance. Sellers must resolve any disputes with buyers within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a hold on the COD remittance. SplXpess will not be liable for remitting the COD amount if the shipment is forcibly snatched.
16. Early COD Plan:
KYC Requirement:The Early COD plan requires the completion of KYC on your SplXpess account.
Wallet Balance: For onboarded sellers, the Early COD plan will be activated only if the wallet balance is positive.
Plan Activation: The Early COD plan will be applied to all newly placed orders after activation.
DeactivationIf you deactivate the Early COD plan, no early COD charges will apply to new orders.
Negative Balance: : Ensure your account balance is positive to receive COD on the due date. Failure to maintain a positive balance will result in delayed remittance charges.
Notification: You will receive an email notification if you deactivate your plan or breach any conditions.
17. Use of Generic Packing Material:
If shipments are packed using generic tapes or plain brown/clear packaging, courier partners will not assume liability for pilferage. SplXpess will not be responsible for claims related to such shipments.
18. Shipment of Restricted/Dangerous Goods:
For shipments of restricted or dangerous goods by air or surface mode, the merchant will bear any penalties incurred.
19. Damaged Shipments:
Courier partners will consider claims for damage only if negative remarks are noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) copy. Claims will not be accepted if the POD copy is clean. SplXpess is not liable for claims in such cases.
20. Disputes Related to Damaged, Lost, Leakage, Fake Delivery, or Non-receipt of Shipments:
Disputes related to damage, pilferage, leakage, non-receipt, or fake delivery must be reported to SplXpess within 24 hours of delivery or attempted delivery. Claims reported after 24 hours will not be entertained. The lost shipment value, as per the agreement, will be credited to the merchant's wallet.
21. Product Description & Customer Details:
Merchants must ensure accurate product descriptions. Incorrect or incomplete descriptions may result in shipment returns, with return shipping charges being applicable and non-reversible. Any penalties imposed by government authorities during transit will be the merchant’s responsibility.
22. COD Remitted Due to Wrong Delivery Status:
If the COD amount is remitted to the user but identified as incorrect due to a wrong delivery status, the amount will be deducted from the merchant’s wallet or future COD payments.
23. Penalty for Disputed Shipments/Cases:
SplXpess reserves the right to impose penalties on merchants for disputed shipments or cases involving courier companies, customers, or third parties, including governmental authorities. Penalty amounts will be determined at the sole discretion of SplXpess and may vary by case.
24. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled via the SplXpess panel if they are in the statuses: AWB Assignment, Pickup Scheduled, or Pickup Error. Orders cannot be canceled if they are "Out for Pickup." For further assistance, please contact SplXpess Customer Service.
25. Insurance Provision:
Carrier Risk: Under carrier risk, SplXpess is only liable to remit the amount that has been received from the carrier.
