Refund Policy Shipment Cancellation and Refund

If a user cancels a shipment after booking it, the following policy applies:

Instant Refund to Wallet: Charges for the canceled shipment will be instantly refunded to the user’s wallet.

Process for Cancellation and Refund

1. Initiate Cancellation: The user must initiate the cancellation request through our website or mobile application.

2. Cancellation Confirmation: Upon receipt of the cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and process the refund.

3. Wallet Credit: The refund amount will be instantly credited to the user’s wallet within our system.

Terms and Conditions

- Eligibility: Only shipments that are canceled before they are picked up or dispatched are eligible for an instant refund.

- Wallet Usage: The refunded amount credited to the user’s wallet can be used for future shipments or other services provided by SplXpress.

- No Cash Refunds: Refunds will be credited to the user’s wallet only and cannot be transferred to a bank account or issued in cash.

- Non-Refundable Charges: Any non-refundable fees or charges, as specified in our terms and conditions, will not be refunded.

Return Policy Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned, the following policy applies:

Return Charges: The same charges incurred for sending the shipment will be charged for returning the shipment.

Process for Handling Returned Shipments

1. Notification of Return: The user will be notified if a shipment is returned.

2. Charges for Return: The charges for returning the shipment will be the same as the original shipping charges.

3. Payment of Return Charges: The return charges will be deducted from the user’s wallet or need to be paid before the return process is initiated.

Terms and Conditions

- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

- Inspection: All returned shipments will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return conditions.
